~Baked Mini Corn Dogs~ These are great for parties; like, birthdays, baby showers, anniversary's, sleep-overs (specially if there are little kids around). Or, you could just make them for the family. So i noticed that you guys have been loving my dessert recipes. So I had this idea, that I would try out. My idea is that each week I would post either from a dessert to a dinner idea for a week. And for this week, I am doing appetizers. ~Crisp Mozzarella Sticks~ A fun crispy, oozy appetizer for the whole family-and one that has calcium goodness. The pizza flavor profile makes them extra tasty for kids' palates. Big fan of the thin chocolate mint Girl Scout cookies? Then you will love these. The dense base layer is like a rich, fudgy brownie, so don't overcook it or the dessert bars will be dry. Refrigerating the mint bars allows the chocolaty top layer to set properly. You can make the dessert up to one day ahead.
