30 Day of Fitness: Day 13 & 14

Hey there beautifuls, welcome back and welcome to the new people. Woot woot!! Ok are we ready for workouts today?! For now on I am going to be posting my current weight below, its just for myself and so i dont forget when I compare at the end of this challenge Day 13: REST DAY Yayy for rest day, no workouts. I did a rest day because I was just too tired for anymore workouts that day. And its always  good to have a break but not everytime. If you do not want to have a rest day then you can do Day 12 for this workout day. How to: Get Rid of Black Heads

Hey there beautifuls! Welcome back to my blog. So I haven't done a regular blog post in a while. Today I have a post about a routine to  get ride of black heads. I get really bad black head on my chin and my nose. So I found this product on wish.com and it only cost me about $5 (US dollars), which is really good. It is inexpensive and a good product. I have been using it every week on Sundays included into my night time routine. The product is called Shills Black Mask. So I apply the mask in the areas I need it, which are my nose and my chin. (Above) So its super easy to peel off and you can see all of the blackheads on the peeled off parts. Then this is what my face looks like when everything is off. This is the most unflattering picture but I was trying to should you guys that all the blackheads are gone. Everything has gotten peeled off with the mask. I highly recommend this product. I am just blogging to show off, I am actually doing these excerises for 30 days. Once I am done with these then i will be starting another different 30 days of fitness, and so on and so on. Hey there beautifuls, OK so today I am posting two days of exercises because i forgot to post a day so I am posting it now. Yay!! Lets go: Day 6  Exercise 1: 10 Eagle Abs Exercise 2: 10 Reverse Crunches  exercise 3: 10 Double D's Exercise 4: Rest day of planks  Day 7 Exercise 1 : 10 Eagle Abs Exercise 2: 10 Reverse Crunches Exercise 3: 10 Double D's Exercise 4: 45 second plank   New Exercise: 5 Infinity Abs  Ok so for the new exercise all you need to do is: lean back on your tail bone and put your legs up crossed( like with the eagle abs. you just want to stay in that lean back state and take from from side to side cross your stomach area. Make sure as you go across you touch the ground. 30 Days of Fitness: Day 1

Hey there beauifuls! I havent blogged in a long time and I though I would start blogging again. For my first blog back I am doing a 30 day challenge of fitness, this is for me and not spnorsed at all. I just thought i was time to get myself back into shape. I dont want a perfect body that has an 8 pack but just enough to get into shape that I am not out of breather by time I walk up all the stairs. If you guys want to join in you can I will listing all my excerise down below: First excerise is the eagle abs. Lie down on your back, then bring your knees up now cross them and have them placed(in the air) where your knees would go if you did a normal crunch. Now place your hands behind your head against the ground and make sure your elbows are pointed upwards. You want to reach your elbows to your knees. I did 5 of those in a row. Pretty simple! Second excerise is the reverse crunch. Sill laying down, put your hands together in a diamond shape and place on your lower back, this...
