Do's and Dont's of Makeup
It is not always best to recommend to have the same look in both summer and winter months.
For summer looks, always keep the colors light and avoid heavy cosmetics; like foundation. The smokey eye look is not a great idea for summer, because dark shades can smudge easily. In fact, in the summer months you can get away with the eyeliner and shimmer shadow. Touch up your T-Zone with a light powder to shave off the greasy look that may appear after a few hours outside.
For winter looks, always start off with a SPF moisturizer to keep the skin looking hydrated throught out the day. Using foundation is a great option when makeup does not tend to be heavy in the winter. The risk of clumping and smudging is lower in the cooler months, so dark eyeliner and shadow can be used in combination to hightlight and define your eyes with great effect. Go with a sliht darker, richer makeup palette in the winter months, when you can carry these colors off with elegance.
