It's no question that its hard to eat healthy at any theme park. To not give into all the sweets and yummy snacks.

I just recently went to disneyland and found this to be true. I wanted to buy and try everything. I can say that it was kinda successful. I only managed to eat popcorn and licorish as an healthy snacks.

If you ever need help with choosing healthy version at certain restaurants there is always a healthier options on the menu or you can always ask a cast member if you can replace something with something else. Also there are a few websites that you can look u to see all the options and se what yu would live most. This also goes for those of you who have allergies or those of you, who eat gluten free.
