Hey there beautifuls, welcome to my blog.
Today I am discussing with you guy on how i was able to lose 60 pounds of weight.
I have to say it wasn't easy. I was one of those people who was super insecure abut how she looked.I would pose certain ways to looked skinnier in photos. I would put my arms around my stomach to hide the fat that was there. I didnt like how I looked but I never did anything for myself to make me like me the way I was. I hated the word diet. It makes no sense for a girl to diet. I wanted to find something that would help me lose the weight but on a more healthier process. I didn't want to do those "diets" that made you ski meals to lose the weight. No that wasn't for me.
Last year I decided to change all of that. I went from a shy insecure girl that weighed 190 pounds to a more confident and proud girl who now weighs a steady 134 pounds. Last year a high school clasmate had a facebook post about working out and losing weight. I was skeptical as to what she was trying to sell me. So I messaged her for more information. I went on the website link she sent to do my research. As I was looking through the website, it almost sounded too good to be true. But i wanted to do something for me, so I decided to give it a shot. I was at rock bottom and needed a change.
I really want to change my ways and get more toned u. I never thought I could do it. I thought I would fail within the first month. I am a very busy person and I don't have a whole lot of time. I work full time, I am a full time student and I am in my ASL club. Ye there were a few close calls, but I didn't give up. I didn't fail. I picked myself up by my bootstraps and went for it.
In my program, there are so many people to surround yourself to keep yourself motivated. They were all there when I had questions or even a bad day. Its a family helping each other out. They help me through everything. I know I can always count on them.
I have to admit that I am not always eating healthly. I do have my days where I eat junk food and drink soda. I am eating healthly 80% of the time.
