Excerise 3: Double D's
Excerise 4:  10 Infinity Abs
Excerise 5:  Plank

Day 18

Excerise 1: 10 Eagle Abs
Excerise 2: 10 Reverse Crunches
Excerise 3: 10 Double D's
Excerise 4: 11 Inifinty
Excerise 5: Plank

Day 19

Excerise 1: 11 Eagle Abs
Excerise 2: 11 Reverse Crunches
Excerise 3: 11 Double D's
Excerise 4: 12 Infinity Abs
Excerise 5: Plank

Day 20

Excerise 1: 12 Eagle Abs
Excerise 2: 12 Reverse Crunches
