30 Day of Fitness: Day 13 & 14

Hey there beautifuls, welcome back and welcome to the new people. Woot woot!!


Ok are we ready for workouts today?!

For now on I am going to be posting my current weight below, its just for myself and so i dont forget when I compare at the end of this challenge

Day 13:

REST DAY

Yayy for rest day, no workouts. I did a rest day because I was just too tired for anymore workouts that day. And its always  good to have a break but not everytime. If you do not want to have a rest day then you can do Day 12 for this workout day.

Day 14:

Excerise 1: 10 Eagle abs
Excerise 2: 10 Reverse Crunches
Excerise 3: 10 Double D's
Excerise 4: 10 infinity abs
Exercise 5: 5 burpees
Exercise 6: 45 Second Plank
