30 Day of Fitness: Day 11 and 12
Hey there beautifuls!
So I am combining days again. I just have been super busy this week but I am doing these excerise, dont worry. I am just blogging to show off, I am actually doing these excerises for 30 days. Once I am done with these then i will be starting another different 30 days of fitness, and so on and so on.
Anyways.... Lets gt started:
Day 11
Exercise 1: 10 Eagle Abs
Exercise 2: 10 Reverse Crunches
Exercise 3: 10 Double D's
Exercise 4: 9 Infinity Abs
Exercise 5: 60 second Plank
Day 12
Exercise 1: 10 Eagle Abs
Exercise 2: 10 Reverse Crunches
Exercise 3: 10 Double D's
Exercise 4: 10 Infinity Abs
Exercise 5: 90 second Plank
So there we go, how did you guys do?!

Remember guys if you are interested in working out then you do not have to read these post. I am just doing this for myself so I can record and get into shape. As I said in Day #1, I am trying to get into shape, not get a six pack.
