30 Days of Fitness: Day 2
Hey there beauifuls, welcome to day 2 of fitness. Lets get started:
Excerise 1: 6 eagle abs
excerise 2: 6 reverse crunchs
excerise 3: 6 double d's
excerise 4: 20 second plank
For day 2, you are just adding one more than you did on day one. If you do not know what each excerise is, I will have pictures below to demonsrate for you guys.
