30 Days of Fitness : Day 3
Welcome back beautifuls to day number 3 of fitness. How are you guys doing so far on he excerises?! Are they easy or hard for you?
Lets ge started:
Excerise 1: 7 Eagle abs
Excerise 2: 7 Reverse Crunchs
Exerise 3: 7 Double D's
Excerise 4: 30 second plank
If you are just starting on this and do not know wha each excerise I will either leave pictures below or a link to day 1 for the describition of each.
