30 Day of Fitness: Day 6 & 7

Hey there beautifuls, OK so today I am posting two days of exercises because i forgot to post a day so I am posting it now. Yay!!
Lets go:

Day 6

 Exercise 1: 10 Eagle Abs

Exercise 2: 10 Reverse Crunches

 exercise 3: 10 Double D's

Exercise 4: Rest day of planks

 Day 7

Exercise 1: 10 Eagle Abs

Exercise 2: 10 Reverse Crunches

Exercise 3: 10 Double D's

Exercise 4: 45 second plank

 New Exercise: 5 Infinity Abs

 Ok so for the new exercise all you need to do is: lean back on your tail bone and put your legs up crossed( like with the eagle abs. you just want to stay in that lean back state and take from from side to side cross your stomach area. Make sure as you go across you touch the ground. You want to go side side and that's 1, and then keeping doing it until you reach 5
