30 Days of Fitness: Day 1

Hey there beauifuls! I havent blogged in a long time and I though I would start blogging again. For my first blog back I am doing a 30 day challenge of fitness, this is for me and not spnorsed at all. I just thought i was time to get myself back into shape. I dont want a perfect body that has an 8 pack but just enough to get into shape that I am not out of breather by time I walk up all the stairs. If you guys want to join in you can I will listing all my excerise down below: First excerise is the eagle abs. Lie down on your back, then bring your knees up now cross them and have them placed(in the air) where your knees would go if you did a normal crunch. Now place your hands behind your head against the ground and make sure your elbows are pointed upwards. You want to reach your elbows to your knees. I did 5 of those in a row. Pretty simple! Second excerise is the reverse crunch. Sill laying down, put your hands together in a diamond shape and place on your lower back, this will help if you have back problems like me. Lift your legs straight up in the air with your knees bent slightly, and then you want to push your legs up(so your butt goes off the ground a little bit) and back. Third, and second last, excerise is the double d's( no not the boob size). This is just like the reverse crunch but you will have your legs straight and you will start with your legs on the ground. You can again use the hand diamond method if you need it for your back, I do. With starting with your legs on the ground you want to lift them up straight so your body is at a 90 degree angle. Next you want to push your legs straight up and slightly back( so your thighs almost touch your boobs). Last excerise for today is a plank for 20 seconds. You can do 2 10 seconds planks if you need to. If you do not know what a plank is then all you basicly do is go into a push up upper position and hold it in that position for 20 seconds or 2 sets of 10 seconds. Thats it for the first day. The firs week will basicly have the same workout rouitnes because I/We are just geting used to it but the numbers of each thing we do will increase everyday.
