Welcome back to 30 days of fitness.
At the end(below) I will posting pictures of my progress so far. These pictures are mainly for me so please don't judge. If you are judging I will just ignore you, so there :p

Excerise 1: 10 Eagle Crunches
Excerise 2: 10 Reverse Crunches
Excrise 3: 10 Double D's
Excerise 4: 45 Second Plank
